Is everything toxic?

It’s not that hard to make a few impactful lifestyle changes. While pregnant and nursing and now both I try to eat organic food and I don’t use carcinogenic facial or cleaning products. I religiously avoid the Environmental Working Group’s dirty dozen foods unless they are organic, I don’t microwave plastic and try to avoid using it, I have a glass water bottle with a silicone sleeve, and I check my beauty products on the EWG SkinDeep database and try to stay in a 1-3 range on their scores. I use mostly vinegar and Dr. Bonner’s soap and method or 7th generation products for cleaning. I don’t think you have to throw most things out, the babe is mostly baked at this point. But I would replace anything that needs replacing with a more conscious version when the time comes.
