Everything wrong!

The talent tree is the same for everyone more or less because of the req. to place X amount notes to unlock the next tier. There should be more then 1 way out of the tree towards the next tier, and shouldnt be locked behind X notes nor quest. Right now everone has the same skills as everyone. ( more or less )

You use a few nodes to get the middle tier, everything else is up to the player. Before getting to the next tier you only have enough skill points to get an extra line of skills or two in order to get to the required points for the next tier. Then you should be dumping them in the next tier. I fail to see how "every player has the same talents", I haven't touched the builder or outlander talent skill tree and my friends haven't touched the soldier or ninja one. Unless you're being massively inefficient with your points and are totally filling out the tree before going to the next tier then I fail to see how "everyone has the same talents".

Individual mission score to punish useless players and promote a more active playstyle. If someone carry the team why wouldnt he be reward abit better then the rest? if someone spend all their hard earned whatever on crafting 10 weapons or traps, and therefor boosting the crafting score. Iit would be only fair if they got something more out of it at the end.

If you want people to do absolutely nothing and make the current issues 10x worse then do this. You'll have nothing but people spending the entire game building 40 walls around the map and it absolutely ruins hero scores for individuals that want to play a certain way. Your constructor of the group creates an entire base for your team and his hero doesn't have much in the way of direct combat skills, he does his job and the team is able to succeed by killing tons of enemies but the only thing he gets rewards for is one building, he gets none of the combat points because the ninjas and soldiers murder everything. It's a team game, you individually reward people who play better or player better from your point of view then teamplay goes out the window. If you've got 3 builders on your team nobody gets anything because they'll hit the build limit instantly trying to get points, you have a team of soldiers nobody gets anything because the combat isn't shared.
