I'm afraid you're being naive about how those who run and control states operate. The real reason why the Palestinians don't have a State is because the Israeli State authorities don't want one. A working, functioning Palestinian state would hamper & hinder Israeli domination and supremacy over the region.
That's the real reason. Real concern. Full stop. Hamas, Islamic radicalism in general - those are just excuses. The Israeli state authorities are actually not above fanning, encouraging, radical Islam if they think it will further their aims. Hence their policy of undermining Fatah, permitting Hamas to grow up in its stead. Classic "divide and rule" tactic.

Now, do we consider that the people responsible for these atrocities - Poles, Russians, Czechoslovaks, etc - deserved what the Nazis did to them, because they behaved like savages? Of course not. In fact, it is well understood that it was the Nazis themselves that started this off, made decisions to abuse, victimize, and mistreat Poles, Russians, Czechs, and Slovaks, that turned people that previously got along reasonably well with the German neighbors, temporarily into monsters.
So always keep in mind. It was the Zionists, Israel, that started this. Hamas, and all those worked up angry Arabs are largely Israel's doing, just like those anti-German mobs of 1944-45 were Nazi creations.
