As an ex cop was there anyone you worked with that you felt used their position of power to oppress and abuse people they discriminate against? You have more insight actually being a cop at one time, but the way I look at it there are cops that are racist, ignorant and have a chip on their shoulder. Because of this they abuse their power towards certain groups of people. Sometimes it goes too far and they kill someone. Nothing happens and everyone moves on. My point being, at least in America, the cops know it’s wrong, those above them know it’s wrong, the politicians know it’s wrong, but none of them care enough to hold these murderer accountable.
