Breakfast, oats and chia seeds soaked overnight in almond milk. Throw some peanut butter and whatever fruit you like in there. I go for 1 apple, strawberries, blueberries, or cranberries and blackberries. Walnuts crushed and added as welll.
Lunch I usually like to go with a wrap or sandwich including a spinach wrap or wheat bread, tomato, onion, lettuce, cucumber, sometimes avacado, and either beans or tempeh or tofu for protein.
Dinner, A dinner I am making today is various veggies cooked and baked potatoes and Cauliflower/onion with bbq sauce then some dinner rolls.
Various snacks thorughout the day too. I like to make a nut/seed mix with things like pumpkin seeds, walnuts, wasabi peas, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and peanuts. As well as some fruit like a banana or apple at some point.
