[Exchange Issues Megathread] - Kraken

I lost about 1000€ on a stop loss not triggered on kraken last week. Here is the reply from the support:

"Hello, After my review, i do see that the orders in question did not execute as intended. While we cannot reimburse necessarily for specific trade, what I would like >to do is offer you 10,000 KFEE. This would be added to your account as a courtesy for your much appreciated loyalty. KFEE is used to cover Kraken fees and >this amount would cover your next $100 in fees (once applied to your account). Please note that the KFEE would take 1-2 weeks to be added to your >account. Please let me know if you would like me to proceed. Regards, Gil Kraken Client Engagement" This append again two days ago and not during a high market load or anything. How can they just continue to run their service ? I mean, the main page is constantly wrong about real time price, 70% of orders end as error 820 after waiting a few minutes and now even orders commit on their side don't trigger? Even if they have written some protection rules on their TOS, aren't there any regulatory organisation to force them to fix their code? It's not written anywhere on their site that orders can sometimes not trigger, but now that I'd search on google I found so many posts about it. Sorry if my English is not so good. Hope this can help other people choose a better trading platform.
