NINTENDO: - Super Mario (3D platformer) - Legend of Zelda (action-adventure) - Pokémon (collecting/breeding rpg) - Mario Kart (racing game) - Smash Bros (Fighting game) - Splatoon (team shooter) - Fire Emblem (strategy) - Xenoblade Chronicles (Jrpg) - Animal Crossing (living simulator) - Bayonetta (character action game) - Metroid Prime (1st person shooter)

You see, whatever you feel about these individual franchises, Nintendo has factually more variety in their portfolio than Microsoft and just straight up more "pillars to hold up their house“!

And just because some of these franchises have been around for quite some time, doesn’t automatically mean they’re somehow invalidated....
