EXCLUSIVE: Sprint's 'failing' finances factor in T-Mobile's $26B tie-up

refinance debt. Charter comes to mind when you took at total debt. Their debt is 160% of revenue.

$25billion says the CEO whose trying to sell his company. This is spun as 100% propaganda. What is TMobile going to do, spend $10billion a year then for the next 5 years? I think not. They just recently broke $5billion in total CAPEX. It's just total CAPEX which the former CEO makes it sound like it needs to be a separate pool for 5G buildout.

Other companies have lost money for years and still are around. Charter was a money losing machine for a decade.

I think the next best thing would be for Softbank to take Sprint private and actually invest in the company. It is what Softbank should have done from the get go instead of trying to go after TMobile. Company would probably be worth a lot more by now.
