Exercise and fertility treatment

My cousin is a regular marathon runner. When my cousin got pregnant she was going to cut down on the running but her doctor actually told her it would so more damage to her body then sticking with her normal regimen (she would run 6-10 miles every morning). She just needed to listen to her body and gage when to start easing off. She ran a marathon 8 1/2 months pregnant.

I would just speak with your doctor about your exercise regimen. It sounds like you are pretty active. Like the others said there may be a few days that you will need to take it easy, but you may have a similar case as my cousin where cutting back drastically too quickly might do more harm then good. Hopefully your doctor can advise what will be the safest course for your specific pregnancy journey.
