I contemplated posting a topic about my dream issues this morning but I wil just post it here.
My Issue with dream:
I am a Seller since 2014, decided to sign up to dream DEC 2015, by that time I had +800 sales on other markets so I asked them to vouch my vendor fee. After three weeks and no response I just said fuck it, paid the vendor fee, listed my wares and thought I could sell them. Three more weeks pass, I log in every few days, no sales, while I have +5 sales a day on each other market I vend on. After 5 weeks of being a vendor I find out that my vendor account has never been activated. I message support again, and now they reply, telling me "maybe the admin does not want someone like me on the market" - FriedTheChicken
I message the admin who activates my account after a few days. JUST IN CASE I open a second vendor account, which I for some reason was able to enable immediately (wtf?). I sell mostly on that account, after very little time I am able to earn a trusted sellers batch and FE benefits.
On my first account however, I get disputes closed after three fucking hours while I am not even logged in from this motherfucker of a mod OxyMonster. Whenever I am in a dispute with him he is the most obnoxious asshole of a mod I have ever encountered.
Allright...I just keep vending. After +150 sales I request a trusted vendor batch and FE permissions, and they are rejected and it is stated that it will never be an option for my account. WTF? Then I go to my other account, try to revoke my vendor title and get my bond back....guess what, it says automatic, but I don't get my bond, I am just stripped from my vendor title. Been waiting for my support ticket for two weeks now to get my vendor bond back.
If you are a customer on dream you probably don't ever deal or here from these issues. But from a vendors perspective dream is the absolute worst market to be on. I thought I disliked AB; just from all the information in this sub, but Dream is many times worse.
If you want to lose money, then yes stay on the market. If the mods or admins identify which vendor I am then good on them. I have successfully transferred the majority of my frequent vendor base to Hansa already. Now it's just DHL, Hansa, AB, Valhalla, Oasis, and I only offer multi-sig.
/rantover....I am sorry, but so far no market has ever gotten under my nails like Dream. I hope their whole mod team dies of Dysentery.
