EXPANSION DRAFT - GDT

The amount of overreaction in here is ridiculous. Vegas benefitted from more friendly expansion rules, and it's pretty clear GMs don't want to get embarrassed again. Seattle has a shit ton of cap space, with the #2 overall pick in the draft, a surplus of defensemen, and free agency ahead. The d-core and goaltending are already solid. If they literally just acquire a few scoring forwards and play a boring, defensive style of hockey, they could very well be in the hunt for a playoff spot in the shitty pacific division. Stop acting like the sky is falling when you don't even know what the actual team will look like on paper, or on the ice.
