'Expat Insider 2022' ranks South Korea lowest for foreigners to settle down in

I actually have visited several countries in Africa. I've also been to more hostile countries like Somalia and Central Africa Republic during my time in the US military. And yes I can point them out on a map. I get the point you're trying to make though.

Also I never said I judge people who have a sudden interest. I said that I can try to at least understand where the sentiment might be coming from. I think it's absolutely valid that people want to go to a safe and developed country. I have foreigner friends that I met in Korea that told me they first took interest in Korea because of K-dramas and K-pop which changed my opinion.

As far as geography goes, I was more making a point that people made fun of me for being Asian or being blatantly ignorant by saying things like, "Korea? What part of China is that?" even after telling them it's a separate country. I'm not saying people are not deserving of interest or travel if they're not good with geography. Again, I was just saying I can try to understand where the bitterness may be coming from. Please don't twist my words nor make assumptions.
