Experience at Dunkin’

my experience today at work:

so i’m on drive thru and this person got two coffees & hash browns. i already gave them one coffee and the hash browns and this girl was literally putting a lid on the second coffee... my manger screams at me for not pulling the car (aka making them park and wait for the coffee when it was literally right there) and i’m like “why? they’re waiting on a drink and it’s right there” and he says “go home have a good night”. literally sent me home..

he’s the worst manager i’ve ever had in my entire life. he comes in, yells at people, gets in the way and that’s about it. he made a 16 year old cry bc of a similar drive there incident. when she starting crying he belittled the hell out of her and says “ohhh so now you’re just gonna cry? and give an attitude?? and be mad at me?”. never in my 7 years of working have i witnessed behavior like that from a manager. this guy is in his late thirties, only been here for 4 months and truly is a terrible human being..
