Experienced RN’s interested in a Clinical Educator position needed

I can't find the other messages. This UI is clunky. Pay rate is around $50-$55/hr. It's a salary non-union position. I don't know the HR specifics. I negotiated when I was hired for about an 8% increase from the initial offer. Responsible for staff education, skils check offs, orientation of new employees, developing education based on observations in the field and quality data. My last educator also was responsible for wound care and infection control. I think those responsibilities are up in the air right now. You could probably refuse the wound stuff, but not IC. I expect the educator to be in the field making joint visits with the RN/SW/HHA. I have quality tools that are used for monitoring. My expectations are someone who is creative and can develop and administer education independently with minimal support from me. I am extremely flexible with hours, basically, get the work done, and I don't care where you are or how you choose to spend your time. You won't find a more flexible boss when it comes down to "ass in the chair" type stuff. I don't work like that and hate managers who do. I am a professional, and expect my employee to be as well. I protect my people from those who may be trying to find fault in my department, and I expect my people to have my back as well. That being said, must also be open to positive and honest criticism/feedback. The organization is going through some major changes in a positive way, and cash flow has been steadily increasing over the past couple years. I anticipate good times ahead.
