Exploiting Banned People and Exposing Hypocrisy Concerning Global War on Terror

i didnt hear much about ending the war on terror

There should have been more, but people make choices about what is urgent and act accordingly. Don't be too harsh.

because it is imperialism sold to americans as security.

This is true too, but it is a concept. People are protesting an in-their-face particular policy. It's a smaller piece, easier to understand, and easier to change.

I didnt hear any criticism of obamas foreign policy in regards to supporting al nusra in syria, or the bombing in syria, libya, yemen, somalia, iraq.

To the extent that these point to Barack Obama, I would not protest these in trying to overturn the "Musliim ban." That would be a distraction. To the extent that Donald Trump has either continued or avoided these issues, that would be a good cause -- but see directly above.

I didnt hear any criticism of obama and the democrats for their support of hr 158 which singled out people from certain countries (including iran).

This is a total waste and should not be protested. Barack Obama is out, and this is just something to argue over. Look at how Republicans do it. I thoroughly disagree with protesting this.

If youre unwilling to call for an end to our imperialism in that region of the world, youre not really standing in solidarity with them.

You are simply asking too much here. Many of these people don't even care.

Youre just being partisan and exploiting people for political points.

The Republican partisans get major policy results "being just partisan."

That said, i am happy people are willing to stop trump

I was glad people were willing to top Hillary, but no so much that I would align with Trump supporters. I am not happy with the results. Once again, as we saw in 2000, there are huge differences between the two parties. Some still think they are "the same."

Hold yourself to a higher standard than partisanship.

I sort of agree, but, let's face it -- everyone compromises and they do so in all different places. We need to try to encourage people to come further along beyond where they draw the lines, politely and enticingly -- and stop before it turns into a huge argument.
