I was exploring a river in northern Nevada today and came across a herd of wild Mustangs

Would you like to just tell the thread what issues you have with these wild mustangs, or the systems in place that at least make an attempt to help wild mustangs survive? This state has some of the highest numbers for wild horses. This is the third vague statement you’ve made, and you’ve yet to explain what you’re talking about. I understand things can be better, but same goes for any broad system put in place to please the largest amount of people possible.

Also, logically speaking, I don’t know why you’d tell somebody to forgo observing beautiful healthy herds of mustangs and instead travel to the location you listed to see horses in worse shape. Just because your location shows signs of unhealthy wildlife, that doesn’t make it the case for the rest of Nevada. My area has coyotes in very poor shape, other places do not. The horses here literally have over a million acres of land to graze, and I have yet to see any unhealthy ones in this area.
