F/21/5'10 (177cm) 260lb (117 kg) > 240lb (108 kg)= -20lb (9kg). 1.5 months

I don't see the weight loss in the mirror, it's important to take pictures.

Was 200 in highschool, I graduated and started gaining weight. 4 years later and up 60 lbs. Diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance so it's been tough.

Lost 20 lbs in the past 1.5 months, only lost 1.5 lbs in the past week so I think it's slowed down and starting to actually lose fat and not only water weight.

It's in my best financial interest to lose weight since I don't need to buy as much food and all my of pretty clothes are size 12 from highschool. I'm now a 14/15, first picture is about a 16/18.

Started with Keto, but stopped that and now just calorie counting and deciding to go back onto Keto in the upcoming weeks. I eat 1200 calories on days I don't work out and 1500 calories on days I do work out.

Zumba! Zumba is awesome. I have bad social anxiety so it's super out of my comfort zone. It's helped me lose some weight too. I do 1 full hour 4 times a week. When I get down to about 220 I'm going to start weights, as it is now, weight lifting hurts. Would like to work on squats at that time.

I get my butt moving because of my boyfriend. We started dating 3.5 years ago and so he saw me at my lower weight. I was crying one night after binging, he asked why I was sad. O told him, "I'm fat. I feel ugly." He told me, "you are beautiful, and I love you the weight you are. I'll love you at whatever weight." Knowing that he didn't find me ugly made me feel better about myself. I started loving my body, making me want to take care of it.

My goal weight right now is 200. After that, 180. Then possibly 160 depending on how I feel. I would like to fit in my old clothes. I have a really nice Phillip River's jersey that I ordered a medium in women's instead of men's. So that's my goal shirt right now.
