I’ve was always thin in high school and then I went to college and slowly started gaining weight (I’d say about 5 lbs a year) but about two years after college, I really noticed that I had gained all the weight and decided to do something about it. I started weight lifting 5 days a week and eating about 1200-1500 calories a day until I hit my goal weight. Now I eat about 1500 - 1800 a day for maintenance (just depends on my activity level). Not really really interested in losing more weight but excited to keep building muscle (which has been a challenge with the gyms being closed).
