If so, that makes it more likely for them to look into it. You’re 18 now, but if you weren’t at the time the photos were taken it’s an underage revenge porn case and that’s likely to get their attention. However, there’s also a chance your boyfriend gets in trouble for having them if he received them while you were under age and he wasn’t. It’s not likely, but it’s a possibility so I felt it was worth mentioning. Definitely do not agree to meet this person even if other people will be around.
