I (F20) Am An Adult But My Parents Still Treat Me Like A High School Student

You will always be the child to your parents.

That said, its maybe time to move out. If thats not possible rn, you should talk to them and set some boundaries- you want to be adult, and seen as it, then you need to be confident in it. But you should also keep in mind that this could backfire to you, in fights, but also in "okay then pay rent!" Or something like this.

Anyways. Have some understanding for them. You will ever be their child. You are loved and they probably don't mean it in a bad way. You should tell them that you know this, and that if you are just want a bit more freedom. Suggest some compromises, think about what could be okay for them.
