I've been thinking about locker rooms a bit since I read your post. They're really special places aren't they?

I think back to the swim team locker rooms when I was a girl. Huddling together on freezing winter mornings. Steamy showers full of shampoo scents. Shy looks to compare or admire. Many good memories.

And now as an adult, I'm a fan of college softball - both the game and the girls. I'm such a sucker for those uniforms...oh my, to be in a college softball team locker room after a big win. It would drive me crazy. Earthy smells of sweat and more. All those hot, fit, sweaty girls walking around half-dressed, all excited and pumped after their victory. It would be heavenly.

And thinking now of the angle of a mother and daughter after a workout. A favorite aunt coming to visit her niece in the locker rooms after a big gymnastics win. Sisters getting ready for some cardio, hoping to raise their heart rate.

I hope you've gotten some good responses so far. :) I'd like to hear what's on your mind tonight.
