The fabled jokebook is king of the cemetery

Believe me, there are a lot of things I would do differently if I had been in charge. The company was extremely disorganized and inefficient. But the worst thing was that boss. As the newest employee, I was invisible to the boss. He would call in a coworker to discuss the aspects of a project that I had been working on, while I sat at my desk and listened to him talking about things that were my responsibility, but he never recognized them to be. And he knew what things were mine, because he would assign them to me (the only time I was acknowledged). My coworkers would be praised for their work, and praised for things that I had done, while I was ignored until something was needed. Or when he wanted to comment on what I was wearing, which he did often with everyone, as well as what they ate, said, or did in their spare time. A dress I loved was greeted with a comment of "oh and theredbirdchase wore her nighty to our ten year anniversary!" My coworker told both him and the other boss about making Hamburger Helper for dinner one night and he was still making fun of her for it months later. He was a food, car, clothes, and everything else snob. I was fortunate to be given an out before I ended up five years down the road still there and miserable.
