Having bad servers that screw people over without having proper admins in place is a choice in setting up the qualifiers. You said in your first post you were already having people look into this. So, clearly you know about it. That makes this an intentional scam as the players who were SCAMMED have the ability to make money from this. He could sue you in the court of law for fraud. Fuck.
