Still ND killed Joel in an absolutely pathetic way, what you said only proves how badly written this game was from the start.
You see, when you make a sequel to a beloved game, you don’t fucking kill everything people loved about that game in the first fucking hour, you just don’t.
I agree that Joel should suffer the consequences of what he did in the first game particularly at the end, just don’t fucking kill him in a pathetic way right from the get go. Not only that, the main characters are so goddam bland I couldn’t give a flying fuck about them, seriously, which then turned this game into a waste of time for me. I just watched the ending on YouTube (waste of time really) and that was that.
ND went for a bad revenge plot - the most boring and generic thing they could do ever do.
A 4/10 from me
