They made abortion illegal under any circumstances shy of death of the mother(not the child though, mothers are still expected to give birth to kids that they know will be still born or die shortly after birth) with a maximum sentence of 99 years.

Not long after that law was passed someone posted a blog post that I can't find now that listed a few instances of child rape where children as young as 10 became pregnant.
The "joke" is that said children are now going to be forced to give birth to such a child despite being a child themselves which makes parental consent for things very unclear; as the child's parent are they OK to give permission for their kid even though they themselves would need parental consent?
