Bitfinex is official discontinuing support for US based customers and by my understandings dollar fiat support as well by november 2017 for some weird reason nobody can understand (they're probably fearing US fraud control).

After all their own validation standards are by FAR worse then any other exchange out there, even kraken. It feels like you need to send them your kidney before you are verified at all. Then you just need to wait like half a year and they'll maybe put a stamp on you for being verified.

Until then you can happily experience withdrawl holds every second day and withdrawls that take up to 12 hours to process. Withdrawl went wrong?

Bitfinex is based in China. Good luck trusting an exchange that can be freezed by China Goverment going fud freezing all accounts because Brainfart.

No, no thanks. I'd rather use any US based exchange like Bittrex anytime right now due to the US being one of the few single countries that take crypocrimes serious.
