I fall back to gaming when I'm bored

I have anxiety and OCD issues and this post is almost exactly how I feel all the time and I do the same thing going into an old game that I love but havent played in a while such as Skyrim or Fallout. I decide to get every achievement or trophy as a reason to play them but I quit after about 30 minutes because I'm bored and want something more. That's what usually gets me out of playing video games for a while. I make a decent amount of money on YouTube posting gaming videos though so I always come back once a new game releases.

Some things that help occupy my time that are more beneficial than gaming are learning a language (started learning sign language and it's pretty awesome and easy-ish to learn because you don't have to talk to yourself to learn it), read (I suck at reading), or studying so I can get my GED.

Basically anything that can help improve your life or help you get a better job in the future. It also helps to think about the percentage of my life I've wasted playing video games and not interacting with the real world.
