Fallen off the bandwagon and I really need some help getting back on it

you are going at it too hard. You need to look at something that is sustainable long term (6months, 1 year ++). Do you really need to go to the gym EVERYDAY? No you dont. Try 3-4 times a week. I've tried many tactics over the years to lose weight, what really worked for me was to think about stuff LONG TERM. You dont want to torture yourself through something and as soon as you are out of it you will fall back into your old habits, guess what will happen then? you will gain it all back. Even cheat meal can boost morale/motivation and keep me pushing (Cheat meal not day), ofcourse not too often, like once a week MAX. Anyways this is just what worked for me, we are all different afterall.. find what works for you and stick with it.
