Everyone does have different tastes. But some things are black and white. Like the map for FO 3 is much larger than the FO NV map. FO NV relies a lot on impassable barriers to make it seem larger than it is. While FO 3's map is just one large open wasteland, except for the city of course. For those who don't believe me about map size go to goodsprings cemetery and you can basically see the entire map except for behind the mountains in the direction of the Legion. Now try to find the same thing in FO 3. It really doesn't exist because the map is incredibly large. The closest I've been able to find are the top of Ten Penny tower and even then you can't see the doughnut boy from Paradise Falls and you can barely see the Washington monument in the distance.
