Fallout 4 saved my life

When I listened close I heard it differently, we (I am an adult too these days) are actually scolding for playing them too much. What most gamers don't realize is that gaming for long periods of time is alin to drug addiction, the constant release of dopamine and ceratonin cause an emotional imbalance, this can lead to problems coping with emotional stress. The other thing is physical development, while sitting there playing games the muscles and bones aren't being exercised, movement aline helps to build and maintain density, shock and pressure help to develop bone and tissue strength. There are a number of other reasons, from social interaction to degrading posture but that's the gist of it.

Essentially Video Games should be enjoyed like a movie or watching TV after dinner, you sit down after all the work is done and instead of watching a box you entertain yourself with an interactive medium, this ensure you are not only limiting the cathartic release from video games (the element which leads to emotional imbalance) but you are also staying active both physically and mentally leading to over-all good health.

I used to love sitting around playing games too, but all it got me was anger management issues, severe posture related problems and a weak spine, after 20 years in construction and staying active I have overcome all that. Just remeber gaming isn't inherently bad, but gaming every spare moment is a serious health risk.
