Fallout: New California disappointed me (spoilers and, uh, fixed).

Yes, I have. I don't know why you need to ask/why that's relevant.

My point is about the CONTEXT within people critiquing a passion project mod some hobbyists made. All these criticisms would be important to discuss if it was a full size dev team releasing content they expect people to pay for.

This version of their mod add on is BETA 2.0.2.

I hope they see this criticism and consider it to improve the content for updates/later releases. But they may not have the ability to fix some of these things. They are not a full developer team. And probably can't hire anyone for things they may be lacking in like technical compatibility fixing or hiring somebody with a background in writing/character development.

I also just see these minor criticisms with virtually no positive input as a disservice to people who want to take on large projects like this for our enjoyment. There are TWO threads on the front page of /r/fallout criticizing this passion project for its smaller failures. What a great incentive for content creators to continue to donate their time and make free content for the community.
