But seriously, it is asinine that the ONLY way you can do this is online. What if you're elderly and don't know how to use a computer? Disabled? No internet connection?

What did they do 10, 15 years ago... before the web? There has to be another way to get in touch with this office. By phone, by mail, in-person - the fact that this information isn't available and easily accessible to the public is something I just do not simply understand.

I'm aware that my concept of Customer Service is warped by being American but it just seems insane that using this website is the only way to get things done. Sometimes you just want to/need to speak to a human.
