This is a fantasy episode of mine. Joe Rogan meeting Matt Stone & Trey Parker.

Which views does he share with Fox News?

This is paraded around as a "fact" by non listeners of the podcast. It's just a popular opinion adopted by people who can't just simply not be a fan of a popular podcast and avoid listening. They have to instead parade around their hatred of it. "If I don't like X, you shouldn't like X or listen to X either". He's not a single issue voter so it's a stretch that one strong conservative opinion on the pandemic turns him right wing establishment. People point to his defending of the 1st and 2nd amendment, which he has been open about having libertarian views on for many years prior to the pandemic. Americans can't seem to grasp people who individually come to opinions on an issue for any reason besides being Team Rep or Team Dem

Does it surprise anybody that somebody whose not a scientist simply formed a dumb misguided opinion after years of self admittedly relying on "bro science"?

In reality, like most Americans, he holds a pretty even mix of conservative views and some liberal views.

I could also make the statement he's left wing establishment as he shares the same views as or even more liberal views in some cases than CNN on drug legalization, gay marriage, trans rights (minus high school sports), police reform, Bernie's socialist policies, works for a platform in Spotift with a left-lean, etc
