FAR in 8 days and am struggling with SIMS

Just get comfortable with opening and reading exhibits so you don't get overwhelmed on the actual exam. The exhibits are actually ordered in the sequence needed to answer each part of the question (left-to-right), which is also the case on the actual exam.

It will be more beneficial to get a better understanding of each topic when preparing for a SIM because the SIMs on the actual exam are not hyper-focused on one topic as they are on the review courses, so it becomes more of a test of your understanding of various accounting processes from beginning to end, like purchasing PPE (journalize purchase), depreciating PPE (create depreciation schedule), and selling depreciated PPE (journalize sale, gains/losses, and state the cash flow effects).
