They're using the lever they have now - which is the fake terrorist threat, that they themselves are behind, so that they can engage the machinery of scale thru policy. If everyone becomes diligent about knowing their neighbours and securing their location, in the cities, then the risk of sponsored terrorism minimizes greatly. Then they'll be left with the pocket nuke thing and shit like that, trying to coerce compliance in the cities. This won't even work for a minute if the people are wise to it and expecting it. The cities will become the safe havens, even if they're half blown up.

The only way the UN, etc. forces come into play is if the false flags can be done on a scale that produces mass starvation. And even then, they'll be dealing with a growing resistance. If we take a lesson from the other places that have been recently bombed (Syria, most recently), it seems that those people were all hung out with no support at all. I'm not sure I can see such a thing happening on domestic soil. What's the mil gonna do, bomb its own people? I just don't see that playing out, even though there are probably plans to try it.
