Want people not to plug? Don’t play as DLC, or Alisa or RA as a round ender. There’s not a singe person around where I am that likes these aspects of the game, and I’m in fucking NA. As you said, the loading screens are terrible in this game, but when you have like 2hp left & your opponent uses a RA, not as a round ender but something similar to a ki-charge to make you watch the cutscene, of course people will plug. Holding forward & not look at the screen? That’s an innocent fairytale. Because the opponent will think “look at this scrub, not wanting to fight my busted character”, why should I feed his ego? Played this game for 3 years & I have had EVERY, i mean all 50+ characters plug on me. My solution: Bamco should get rid of ranks all together & just have a player match mode. Bring a online/ local multiplayer Tekken force mode. Because Ranked online is the worst online mode I have ever played, granted, i never played CoD: MW2
