Fast bowler mankads batsman in T20 match in Afghanistan.

I'm not sure you read my comment. I didn't say it's not fair, you put 'sprit of the game' in quotes but I didn't say that either. I don't know what planet you're living on where anyone might complain about fielding position, but that shows how disconnected you are with the debate.

Getting runs/run outs while play is focussed on the runner and fielder while play is active is why we bother playing cricket; sneakily taking the bails off as an aside when you should be bowling to the batsman is not. If you think making the non-striking batsman's position before any action has taken place needs to be the focus of the game that's fine but you're weird.

As long as it's in the rules you can do it, but it's an antisocial move and everyone is aware of how cheap it looks. No bowler would brag about getting the other team's best batsman out by a mankad like they would if they got the batsman to nick it to third slip as you allude.

If a batsman didn't walk when they should they are within their right to stay, they can take advantage of that. I would still call that person a dick as well.
