Fat Rant Friday

My boyfriend has a BMI of almost 57 at 18 years old and still gaining, my sister at 14-15 had a bmi of 41 but losing, so I guess I have some experience with it and how it happens.

My boyfriend has always been larger, even his childhood photos. He used to be the type of kid who would yell and scream for fast food if he were hungry, even up to teenage years. As he got larger it became more difficult to move around, kept getting larger, can't move around as much. He can walk, but refuses to walk more than 10 minutes at a time. He still gets angry if he can't eat fast food which put us in debt.

He recently asked me for help losing weight but every time I woke up he had eaten 2-3 entire meals throughout the night because he was hungry. His portion sizes are all messed up. I've tried telling him what he is getting himself into but he said that he can't lose weight. He has to eat a large snack between every meal or else he gets dizzy. For breakfast right now he is eating doritos and a can of coke. I don't think I can help him because if I tell him he should eat something else he gets angry. The habits are too ingrained in him. I can't even imagine the health problems he is going to have in the next few years.
