You know what pisses me off? People eating thousands and thousands calories of absolute shit, eating themselves to death and still being able to afford all of it. And then they try to use that "we don't have time/money for eating healthy!?!!!" Like, fuck off. I am in ED recovery and I am genuinely trying, but I cannot even afford food that would fit my daily needs. Seeing HAES folks talking about having cake for breakfast, fast food for lunch and buffer for dinner makes me genuinely want to cry. Here I am, working as a fucking teacher's aid and still having to choose between toilet paper or proper lunch. Don't you dare to say you're to poor to lose weight.
