Father violating custody agreement but not interfering with my time

I guess the real issue is that I think he is a terrible person and dont want him around my kid. I suspect he is using drugs and alcohol (his other daughter found weed and crushed up cans in his car, though she said it was a couple years ago). He has been in AA for five years, so that would mean not only that he was using during his "sobriety", but also driving drunk (he has multiple DUIs).

He has emotionally abused me for years (conned me out of thousands of dollars of my inheritance, threats, using my dauggter as a tool to hurt me, gps in my car, spyware on my phone, etc.), but that is hard to prove and not the direction my attorney advised, especially since so much of it is technically legal.

His other two daughters and both the mothers hate him, and he has a reputation of being a con man, so it is,not just me who feels this way. I know he has income from some shady source, but cant prove it.

Basically, I can't prove anything, so I guess I am grasping at straws a little bit.

Sorry for the rant.
