Fathers of Reddit: What is the most precious your kid(s) ever did?

I was carrying my son, he was around 2 yrs old. I slipped on the stairs and fell down them while holding him. I slid down that shit like I was sliding into home plate. I hit the basement floor, eyes wide, heart pumping super fast. He grabbed me by the face and was looking me over and said your ok walk it off.

My daughter was was 6 years old and I just had back surgery. I was attempting to get off the couch and she goes. Oh oh oh holding her back like it hurt, I asked what was wrong and she said I’m acting like my old daddy. I’ll get you a drink and some chips so you don’t have to get up.

Two totally different moments with them but both melted my heart when they happened.
