Vote mail in fraud and ballot harvesting fraud is wide spread and plenty of people got caught doing it already, there's overwhelming evidence of this being a huge problem all over the US, both big scale and small scale mail in vote fraud has occurred multiple times.

They only catch the stupid ones doing it, imagine the smart ones that have solid financial backing and know exactly how the system works.
