Yea, that is what they tell you and that is what is written on their official page, but in reality, it is an automatic disqualification. Of course you CAN still submit an application but the chances of you qualifying for their program are slim to none. Why would they hire someone with a blemish on their record and risk trouble when they have thousands of overqualified applicants flooding their application process?

I remember inquiring about a minor, minor appearance on a record check and emailing them many years ago to which they replied along the lines of "don`t bother applying."

Basically, not impossible, but the chances are so slim it isn`t even worth the effort.
