The FBI has reportedly seized recordings of Trump's and Stormy Daniels' lawyers' conversations

Keith M. Davidson was also the guy who (most likely) leaked the Hulk Hogan clip to Gawker, ultimately allowing Peter Thiel to use the lawsuit to destroy Gawker and Nick Denton as revenge for outing him. They got a $140 million judgment.

"Davidson, representing and acting on behalf of and in concert with the Extortionists, also told Plaintiff’s counsel that the Extortionists ... arranged for the 30 Minute Video to be sent to Gawker as a 'shot across the bow' as part of the scheme to extort money from Plaintiff," states the complaint. I'm not entirely sure what's going on here, but it seems kind of like Davidson insinuates himself with certain folks to set them up for more powerful players to take them down. Kind of a confidence game.

I'd love if a reporter would take the time to suss out all the moving parts because it seems like it would be a fascinating story.
