All I'd like to say is that you need to change the interface dramatically. I cancelled my hulu subscription over it being so poor, everyone I know thinks it's awful, and I see nothing but disdain online for it. Seriously, have yet to see one person that had good things to say about it. I'd really love to know what percentage of users cancelled their accounts in the following 2 months after you deployed it - it had to be a decent number.

You don't have to go back to your old one, but you absolutely need to make something better and test it with users before you deploy it. You currently, without question or doubt, have the worst UI among the top players in your industry, and you didn't mere months ago.

I would resubscribe in a heartbeat if you all admit defeat here and do it right. Otherwise, I'll take not having your shows to not have to deal with that complicated eye-sore.
