February 15 Daily Thread

Got 3wks left on my program and it’s getting fking boring. I’ve made okay gains while on it, strenght is about the same which is good since I’ve been cutting.

The problem for my next program is that I really want to do everything lol. It has been a pain in the ass to follow a program with as few moves as my current mix program. I enjoy variety but I also enjoy seeing the progress daily on my lifts instead of visiting them only every 8weeks or so.

Here is a list of things I would like to do training wise: -Get down to 12% BF -Gain mass on arms -Do SealFit(I have a years worth of workouts archived from previous subscription, did only it for 2months tho) -Do a cal strenght wl cycle -Get my DL to 220 -Get my conditioning to a level where a 8min/2km would be possible any given day -Have a varied program since I get demotivated if I can’t do something in a training cycle, like I couldn’t do a cal strenght cycle only since I’d miss the other shit I do so much and would prolly program hop because of that

Things I do not enjoy(or don’t fit me): -Heavy conditioning bias programs without normal lifting. My body loses muscle rapidly IF I don’t treat it with more lifting than conditioning. -Max strenght PL programs. My body loses aerobic capacity quickly if I don’t do cardio which this wouldn’t allow much of.

Also, sled push hiit for example doesn’t do shit for me cardio wise no matter how winded I get. 30mins moderate pace on bike on the other hand suits me really well, like I notice a difference in real world abilities after about 4weeks of returning to normal cardio. Didn’t see that when I did hiit only. SealFit would mix bit of all and it is fun as hell but results are also fun as hell and sealfit doesn’t really bring results, at least in a optimal way.

Any ideas what I should do?

TL;DR bored af atm, wants to do all, is naive, stupid programs are fun, results are even more fun, what should i do
