110 X 600ml water. 4 kg raw pasta. 4ltr life long milk. 3.7 kgs of baked beans. 2.7kg of spaghetti. 1.6kg of chick peas. 1 kg of lentils. 1.5 kg of red kidney beans. 4.5 kg of assorted tinned stew/soups. 40 packets of noodles. 4 x 120 gram packets of dry pasta snacks. 3 x 400 packet soups. 0.5 kg of canned corn. 2 x 375 gram peanut butter. 1kg of canned tuna. 0.5 kg of canned sardines. 2 x block of dark chocolate. 1ltr of custard. 0.5 kg of jam and Nutella. 0.5 kg of assorted nuts. 2 x 100 gram bags of instant mash. 1kg of brown rice. 3 litres of Gatorade. 0.5 litres of coconut water. 0.5 kilos of beetroot. 2 litres of tomato sauce. 12 X 400 - 500 gram jars of pasta sauce (assorted). 200 multivitamins. 1 kg of diced tomatoes.

This is what I purchased yesterday for my prep shop. On top of this we usually have about a weeks worth of food in our house constsntly. Which includes, fish, hot chips, fruits, salads and vegetables, cheese, eggs, chicken, heaps of spices, and sauces etc etc.

Do you think this is sufficient for three adults for two - three weeks?
