Fed up with my customers. How do you respond to microaggressions?

So let me get it straight, men making comments about girly drinks, calling you love/darling and co-workers checking if you need a hand is "institutionalised sexism"? Jesus Christ grow up. The girly drinks comment yeah you could say was sexist (the part about the boss) but it's not exactly harming anyone but the other two are are not in the slightest. Was it sexism when the fucking dinner ladies called me darling at school? or when I say "cheers bab" to a bus drive? No its just a friend term of endearment, just like saying "mate" or "pal". And the whole lifting thing, I'm not sure how big you're or what you look like so I'm just gonna assume you're an average woman and on average men have less bone density /muscle mass then men so if your male Co-worker asked if you need a hand is hardly surprising. It's the same as me (someone whose 6ft) asking if someone smaller at work needs a hand reaching something high up is hardly a sexist or "micro-aggression"
