Federal judge dismisses election lawsuit that sought to empower Mike Pence to overturn election results

Now that everyone knows some states cannot run free and fair elections, we need the federal government intervening. So going forward, I think the senate and the house ( 1 vote per state) should decide all elections which they deem fraudulent, including presidential, congress, state legislators, judges and local offices. You cannot just throw out the votes for president, you need to do it for all races once fraud is suspected. Clearly the courts are not interested in getting involved, claiming the law prevents it. So no evidence will be mandatory to decide fraud. I am not worried about the “shoe on the other foot” because there are more conservative states and we will always win. We are not a democracy and we shouldn’t even entertain the idea of popular vote for any office. People are easily manipulated with free stuff; best to leave the decisions to the federal government.
