Capping college tuition and fees a year at $7,500. Tuition and fees paid by the government. First time students cost covered at 100%. Second time students 50%. Tuition and fees covered by government taxes at undergraduate public institutions and non profit technical schools. Private and graduate education covered by FASFA/Tuition Reimbursement/Private Loans//Scholarships. Loans can be forgiven part of the PSLF program. After 20 years debt is paid off by the government. Loans for college have a fixed interest rate and based on program expected pay income driven loans. Tax breaks to employers that offer $2,000 or more tuition reimbursement for 75% of their employees. Pay off all loans for those 70 and older. Give those 70 or older eligible to apply for a $10,000 voucher that can be applied to pay off private loans. That ne great.
